How does Warnely know my location?

Warnely uses your device's low-accuracy location (cell tower and Wi-Fi, not GPS) to determine your current city. Your precise coordinates never leave your device - only the city name is sent to our server.

How do I add a city to monitor?

Go to the Zones tab, tap "Add Zone", and search for a city. You'll receive alerts for safety incidents in that area.

What is Warnely Premium?

Premium gives you unlimited cities to monitor, all alert severity levels, and real-time email alerts. You can upgrade from the Settings screen or when prompted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Warnely, and tap Cancel. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data including your profile, watch zones, and alert history.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Check that notifications are enabled in your device Settings > Warnely > Notifications. Also ensure you have at least one active watch zone.

Is Warnely a replacement for emergency services?

No. Warnely aggregates public safety data and is not a substitute for official emergency services. Always follow local authority guidance and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
